Daniel has a Law degree from the University of Malaga, a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and a Master's Degree in Tax Consulting. He has extensive experience in writing legal articles for industry websites and creating legal and economic podcasts, especially in the field of cryptoassets and blockchain technology. He is in charge of the firm's tax department as well as publishing legal material through social networks and our website.

Alejandra Benitez Cruz

Alejandra has been an active attorney since 2002. With a degree in Law and a specialist in Procedural Processing, she is a member of the Illustrious College of Attorneys of Malaga. Our legal firm began its activity in 2019 as a multidisciplinary firm, specializing in labor law, administrative law, civil law, especially in real estate and family, disabilities, traffic accidents, criminal law and procedures with the administration. We also offer a comprehensive advisory service for self-employed workers and SMEs.

Our philosophy

We are currently experiencing an extreme specialization of the legal professional, so that the ideal prototype of a lawyer is one who has in-depth knowledge of a specific area and lacks the same in the rest of the fields. And along these lines, we are moving towards the automation of all our work processes, in order to save as much time as possible and therefore money. However, this tendency has the counterpart of dehumanizing work in offices, being very notable in dealing with clients, who, after all, are the beginning and the end of law and legal advice.
